Good Samaritan Program_® Terms and Conditions

Thank you for being part of Christian Credit Counselors’ (CCC’s) mission to help every Christian in every church across America get out of debt in less time! 

Please carefully review the Good Samaritan Program terms and conditions below as they outline both CCC’s and your responsibilities. 

WHAT YOU GET

After you enroll, your church will be provided with the following:

• The Good Samaritan Program 6 Week DVD series and promotional materials for your church members.
  • The educational series includes lessons on:
    • God's Purpose for Your Finances
    • Budgeting
    • Culture of Debt
    • Saving
    • Funding Your Future
    • Giving and Tithing
• A designated Certified Credit Counselor to answer your and your group's questions and be available for individualized consultation and advice.

WHAT YOU AGREE TO DO

• Run the course as specified on the enrollment form.
  • If you have not chosen a start date at the time of your enrollment, please be aware that the DVD series will not be sent out to you until you have committed to a date to run the program.
• Log into our website and update your course status to “Started” in the facilitator back-end.
  • If this is not done we won’t know if you course has in fact started and we will assume the materials are not being used and we will begin the process of asking you to return the box.
• Supply Christian Credit Counselors with the sign-up list of course participants including name, phone number and email address.
  • This information is needed in order to set up the members' login access to the online coursework.
  • This information is also needed in order to prove that the program is being used to educate people.
• Encourage completion of the supplemental coursework that accompanies each week's lesson.
• You will not copy or otherwise reproduce the DVD content or other materials; or allow another person or organization to do so.
• You will not lend the DVDs to any person or organization without Christian Credit Counselors' written permission.
• Inform us immediately if you need to postpone or cancel your course start date.
• If you do not start the course on the date provided, you will have 30 days to contact us with a new start date, otherwise you will need to send the box back to the return address:

• If we have not heard from you and the box has not been returned within 30 days of your missed start date, we will invoice you the price of the DVD series and materials: $69.00.
